Handwoven with 100% natural organic raffia. The raffia fiber used for the earth-colored part of the basket was dyed with tea. Working with raffia requires a multi-step process that is all done manually. Raffia is a sustainable fiber because only some of the long leaves of the raffia palm tree are harvested and the tree is not cut.
